To claim any damage, kindly make a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. Without a video proof from start to finish, we will not be able to accept any claims for missing or damaged products.
Our Home Decor products are fragile. Although we take utmost care to pack them securely, damages can occur during courier transit. If any item reaches you broken, we are more than happy to resend the product, but solid proof through an unboxing video is mandatory.

Due to hygiene reasons, Resin Jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We ensure careful inspection before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Without valid proof, refund or replacement requests will not be entertained.

Our candles are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections that make them unique.
Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged, supported by an unboxing video.
