We truly appreciate your trust in our handmade products. Each item in our collections — Home Decor, Resin Jewellery, and Handmade Candles — is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. As each piece is handmade, we have specific policies to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for you.

Please read our Refund and Policy guidelines carefully before placing an order.


General Policy:

  • All products on Araesh.com are handcrafted. Minor variations in color, design, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.

  • We do not accept returns unless the product is received damaged.

  • Refunds are only applicable if a product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.

  • If a product arrives damaged, we require a full unboxing video as proof (details below).

  • Working days are defined as Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

  • Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once placed.


Category-Specific Policies:

1. Home Decor:

  • Our Home Decor products take time to dry and cure perfectly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 10–12 working days before dispatch.

  • Working days mean that Sundays and any public holidays will not be included in this period.

  • To claim any damage, kindly make a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. Without a video proof from start to finish, we will not be able to accept any claims for missing or damaged products.

  • Our Home Decor products are fragile. Although we take utmost care to pack them securely, damages can occur during courier transit. If any item reaches you broken, we are more than happy to resend the product, but solid proof through an unboxing video is mandatory.

2. Resin Jewellery:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, Resin Jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • We ensure careful inspection before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Without valid proof, refund or replacement requests will not be entertained.


3. Handmade Candles:

  • Our candles are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections that make them unique.

  • Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged, supported by an unboxing video.

  • Custom candle orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.


Important Notes:

  • For any refund/replacement queries, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • No claims will be entertained after the 24-hour window.

  • In case of eligible refunds, it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • Araesh.com reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
