Our Home Decor products take time to dry and cure perfectly. Therefore, we ask for a minimum of 10–12 working days before dispatch.
Working days mean that Sundays and any public holidays will not be included in this period.
To claim any damage, kindly make a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel. Without a video proof from start to finish, we will not be able to accept any claims for missing or damaged products.
Our Home Decor products are fragile. Although we take utmost care to pack them securely, damages can occur during courier transit. If any item reaches you broken, we are more than happy to resend the product, but solid proof through an unboxing video is mandatory.
